We exist to protect the people institutions forget.

Every institution holds power over someone: a patient, an employee, a resident, a family in a flood. GNOSIS builds the accountability layer that sits between that power and the people exposed to it. Support for the vulnerable. Harm stopped before it compounds. A sealed record that protects the organization that did right. Same layer, both jobs.

Why this works

The incentive has to point at the right thing.

Plenty of tools promise to reduce an organization's risk. Far fewer are built so that the safest move for the institution is also the kindest one for the person in front of it. That alignment is our business model, not a side project: institutions pay for the sealed record that defends them, and the same record is what protects the person with the least power in the room. When protecting people is what makes you defensible, you protect people.

Built in Newfoundland and Labrador, for the places the big platforms overlook. We started with community emergency preparedness and workplace accountability because that is where the gap is widest and the stakes are most human.
